Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using RealScan.

Effective: 13 July 2026

The Service

RealScan is a document automation platform operated by Lemorange Ltd (“we”, “us”, “Lemorange”). It lets accountants and finance teams upload, classify, extract and post financial documents to compatible accounting systems. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform, the mobile app and all related services.

Your Account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

RealScan, its software, trademarks and the underlying document-processing technology are owned by or licensed to Lemorange Ltd. You retain full ownership of the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. We do not claim any rights over your financial data.

Third-party Accounting Integrations

RealScan connects to third-party accounting systems (including CyCom, eSoft, EuroSoft and Xero) to post processed documents. Lemorange is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behaviour of those systems, or for any posting errors caused by changes those providers make to their systems. It is your responsibility to review postings in your accounting system and correct any errors.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that every document will be correctly classified or extracted, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that extracted data will be suitable for any particular accounting purpose without review. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lemorange's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees you have actually paid to Lemorange in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms materially or if required to do so by law. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
