Delete your RealScan account

Your RealScan account belongs to the accounting firm or company that created it. Your request goes to that firm's administrator, who completes it. You can ask for it to be deleted in two ways:

1. In the RealScan app: More, Privacy & data, Your data, Request deletion. You will see the request and its progress there.
2. By email to [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Account deletion request".

What is deleted

Your login, your name, your email address, your consents and your document-chat history. Your firm's administrator completes the request, normally within 30 days.

What is kept, and why

Invoices, receipts and other accounting records you uploaded belong to your company, which must keep them for the period the law requires. They stay with the company, with your name removed.
